The biothane we use for our collars is called Beta Biothane and it has a soft coating that gives it the look and feel of leather. It has a low gloss or matte appearance and is soft and very flexible. It will hold its flexibility even in very cold weather, and is waterproof and lightweight.
Biothane is very easy to clean by simply wiping it down, or soaking and using a soft scrub brush if it gets really caked with mud. This is the perfect material for those adventure loving dogs!
